Fred Allard is one of the founding members of The FABS Marketing Group. With over 40 years in the Industry, Fred is probably best known for his 15 years spent with TASCAM as a Regional Sales Manager. During that tenure with TASCAM, he solidified many of the dealer relationships he had developed over the years, some dating back to the late 1970’s. His knowledge of retail music, recording, systems design/integration, lighting and live sound make him a valued partner for both our dealers and manufacturers. Fred is also involved as an Advisory Board member for the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in Tempe, AZ. |

Bill Sheppard came to the Music/Audio Sales and Marketing Industry via the performance side of the business. As a member of “Stack” in the late sixties Bill shared the stage with such greats as Three dog Night, Alice Cooper, Iron Butterfly, Jimi Hendrix, and The New Yarbirds, weeks before their name change to Led Zepplin Having worked for Whittier Music Company beginning in 1980, West LA Music, and other high profile retailers in various sales and management positions, Bill has dealt with the most established representatives in the trade and has gleaned many of their best qualities. His background in live audio, system design and installation, and recording production (since 1965), and his position as a member of the advisory board for Audio and Recording Sciences at Mira Costa College in San Diego County, enables him to be of great assistance to The FABS’ valued dealer base. |

Ross Miller began working in music retail in 1980, starting with the most basic of positions: doing stock work and sweeping floors. He moved into sales and eventually earned promotion into sales manager for two of the largest music stores in southern California. He then owned his own store, Musicians Warehouse, for 5 years before exploring Sales rep work. During this time, he has also developed a successful audio production company. He has literally worn every shoe in the music industry and is uniquely able to serve your needs. |

| Mark Allison started in Retail Music Sales in 1981. In 1985 Mark moved into the position of artist relations for a major company. Also, he has held positions such as Sales manager, and corporate sales representative. With over 27 years in the music products industry Mark brings expertise and an attention to detail. | John Pegler has been in the music industry for over 30 years. A native of London, England, he started his career firstly as a touring and studio guitar player for a variety of name acts, he then moved permanently to the United States (California) in 1990 where he continued touring and studio work. Shortly after his arrival in the States he opened his own M.I retail operation in San Diego (1991) and within 2 years added two more locations, one in California and another in Dallas, Texas. After selling the business in 2002, he started a Jazz Record Label of which he now acts as a consultant, and eventually joined the FABS group in 2005. With his wide range of knowledge of the music industry, John is an excellent addition to the group. Kaspar Abbo comes to the Music/Audio Sales and Marketing Industry via the performance and production side of the music industry. Another native of London, England, Kaspar has spent the last 25 years as a professional musician, Touring the U.S, Canada and Europe with various acts, playing everything from Rock to Reggae, Salsa to World Beat. Rick Kylan entered the music business in 1972 as Buyer for Targ & Dinner. In 1973, he moved into management and managed the Atlanta operation and San Jose operation. In 1985 Rick started RCK Marketing, servicing all of the dealers in Northern California and Northern Nevada for both MI and Pro Audio. Rick is supported by Paul Folkestad and Terry in his RCK office. In 2008, Rick and company will continue representing all of the RCK Marketing products in addition to helping the FAB group in Northern California and Northern Nevada. |
